Duane Anderson
is president of Anshor Driving School. Grew up in Denver Co.
and attended Ranum High School. After Graduation
he attended Adams State College in Alamosa, Co on a full ride
scholarship for football. After Graduation, and a two
year teaching assignment in Del Norte, he became the Drivers
Education instructor for Greeley School District 6 working at
both Greeley West and Greeley Central for eight years.
Once the district decided to drop Drivers
Education from the curriculum Anshor was formed with partner
Jerry Short, in the fall of 1994. Currently teaching at
Scott Elementary as a Physical Education teacher. Married
for 25 years, with 3 fabulous kids.
David Delgado
Greeley native who graduated from the
University of Northern Colorado in 1979, with a BA in
Marketing and Business Education. Completed graduate school
classes at CSU and CU in technical education and business
management. After graduation, worked in Washington D. C. and
New York City as an educational trainer and business
consultant. Certified to teach driver education by the
National Green Cross and completed training in CPR and First
Aid from the American Heart Association. Returned to
Greeley in 1996 and currently teaches marketing and business
at Greeley Central High School. 11th year with Anshor.
Rita
Whiteley
Raised locally and graduated
from Greeley Central High School. Left area for a
career in the U.S. Air Force, returning to Greeley in 1995,
upon retirement, after
serving in mostly European and Middle East posts as
communications facility trainer and manager. Over twenty
years experience as Girl Scout and youth advocate leader, now
leading three local troops. Starting 10th year as Anshor
classroom and driving instructor. Married for 28 years
and mother of three, two UNC graduates and a UNC junior.
Gary
Hoff
South Dakota native
and graduate of Black Hills State University with a BS in
Education. Spent three years right out of college teaching
and coaching. His high school/college job of working at
Safeway turned into a 40 year career with the company, the last
15 years as a Senior Executive. A company transfer brought
Gary to Greeley in 1999. He retired in 2007 and now spends
time with family, especially his grandchildren. Gary likes
riding his Harley and is an avid Broncos fan.
